My name is James I am a Personal Trainer, online coach and published author. I am also a proud father and husband from Deeping St James in Lincolnshire. In my time I have been a soldier, physique competitor and an avid scuba diver. As a coach looking after men's health is my passion. After growing up with an alcoholic father and seeing how his poor lifestyle choices as a result of stress and depression led to his early death, I have made it my mission to help men regain control of their health and daily habits. My aim every morning is to help as many men as I can become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally, through my books and programmes. Through my 12 year career as a Personal Trainer I have helped 100s of people build muscle, burn fat and improve their health.
